Bluejacking is the act of sending unsolicited messages to nearby Bluetooth devices.
For example, someone sitting in a bus might use their phone to send a random text like “Hello stranger!” to another passenger’s Bluetooth-enabled phone.
It’s usually harmless and more of a prank, but it can be annoying. Unlike hacking, it doesn’t steal data — it just pushes messages through Bluetooth.
